Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations across communities. You will oversee staff, manage vendor relations, and ensure safety and quality in line with OSHA standards.

Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach are essential as you coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and budget adherence while promoting a safe, efficient living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and vendors to complete work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily for safety and quality.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and proper hazard communication.
• Assist with unit inspections and on-call emergencies as needed.
