Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at our communities. You will oversee service requests, scheduling, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance alongside the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, EPA & CPO certs, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. HVAC is a plus; on-call availability and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Maintain records, inventory, and on-site equipment; manage vendors.
