Baytown Apartments in Tampa, FL is seeking a Community Facilities Manager to oversee property operations, lease activities, and resident relations. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving a positive resident experience.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on facility maintenance oversight. Local travel may be required; the position is full-time and on-site with typical daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• ARM or CAM designation is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property operations including leasing, resident relations, and financials.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to improve performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Manage rent collection, security deposits, and budget compliance.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Address resident concerns and landlord-tenant disputes, plus after-hours calls.
