Job summary

FirstService Residential in Tampa, FL seeks a Community Association Manager to lead on-site operations and manage relations with departments to meet company objectives.

The role includes overseeing staff, site inspections, and construction projects while ensuring contracts are fulfilled and service quality remains high. Special emphasis on Florida statutes and community documents is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• CAM certification and Florida license required.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities mandatory.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Windows OS required.
• Knowledge of Florida statutes and community documents necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and board expectations are met.
• Maintain knowledge of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Initiate contact with new residents and conduct site inspections regularly.
• Oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Create and upload information in the portal (work orders, meeting minutes, reports).
• Interview, hire, train and schedule staff; ensure proper staffing and guidance.
