Role Description
This full-time Assistant Property Manager role is an on-site position based in Tampa, FL. The Assistant Property Manager oversees day-to-day property operations, including resident relations, lease administration, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating unit turns, managing maintenance and repairs, conducting regular property inspections, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The Site Manager collaborates with ownership and corporate leadership to implement property improvement plans, monitor occupancy and financial performance, and support marketing and leasing efforts. This role requires consistent on-site presence to address resident needs promptly and to support a positive living environment.
