Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Community Manager in Tampa, FL to oversee the full operation of a residential community. You will lead onsite staff, drive financial performance, manage leases, and ensure high resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance and asset integrity.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills, with experience in property management systems. Local travel for training and occasional evenings may be needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong leadership, financial, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with property management systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations and onsite team.
• Oversee leasing performance, occupancy, rents, collections, and renewals.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and expense control.
• Handle resident concerns, lease enforcement, and compliance issues.
• Conduct inspections and oversee maintenance performance.
• Oversee renovations and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain vendor relationships and approve invoices.
• Engage with ownership, investors, and regional leadership.
