Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Texas City is seeking a Senior Property Adjuster to investigate, analyze coverage, negotiate, and settle complex property claims for our members. The role is telephone-centered with no required on-site loss inspections, focusing on moderate to high complexity cases.

You will work with vendors and internal partners, apply Xactimate for loss estimates, and ensure compliance with state laws. You may join on-call CAT responses and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Water loss claims experience including water mitigation and estimating.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years property/claims adjusting experience.
• Knowledge of residential construction.
• Experience with estimating losses using Xactimate.
• Strong negotiation, investigation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of property claims contracts and related state laws/regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple applications.
• Acquire/maintain insurance adjuster license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze coverage, and negotiate settlements for moderate complexity property claims.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve claims.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and use estimating tools.
• Support CAT response and on-call shifts as needed.
