Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Senior Property Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims. This role operates in a telephone-focused environment with no required field inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate coverage analysis.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in prioritizing and multi-tasking, including navigating through multiple business applications.
• Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages assigned claims caseload of moderate complexity damages requiring knowledge of coverage.
• Investigates claim damages by researching from insured, third parties, and external resources.
• Identifies coverage concerns and determines settlements within authority; negotiates outcomes.
• Maintains thorough claim file documentation throughout the process.
• Supports CAT response and on-call work as needed.
