Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in insurance claims adjusting, examining, or investigation; OR six years in field plus four years in related areas.
• Bachelor's degree plus four years in insurance claims adjusting, examining, or investigation; OR advanced degree plus three years in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Property Claims Unit and oversee the TPA responsible for adjusting property claims.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant claims handling and coordinate during large-scale or catastrophic losses.
• Monitor TPA performance and conduct file reviews; lead quarterly performance meetings; implement program improvements.
