• 10+ years in commercial property claims, incl. large loss and catastrophe management.

• Must maintain state licenses and complete continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial property claims team and manage complex claims to timely resolutions.
• Develop KPIs, oversee performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Senior VP/Chief Claims Officer on vision, planning, and execution for a best-in-class organization.
• Use analytics to identify trends and manage reserving practices.
• Oversee internal quality audits and vendor relationships to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Collaborate with actuarial, reinsurers, and other departments to align strategy and loss prevention.
