Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Claims Field Representative to lead highly complex, high‑severity property claims across the United States, including catastrophe responses and large losses involving real and business property.

You will independently manage investigations, strategy development, reserving and negotiation, coordinate with insureds, brokers, independent adjusters, experts and vendors, and ensure compliance with policy terms, regulatory requirements and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible commercial property claim experience.
• Experience with primary and excess property claims, complex coverage analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex commercial property claims from assignment to resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assess damage, causation and scope.
• Develop and adjust claim strategy, reserves and settlement plans.
• Analyze policies, endorsements and coverage to determine recoveries.
• Coordinate with insureds, brokers, independent adjusters, experts and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fair claims practices.
