Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred and substantial claims management experience.
- Eight years related experience in claims settlement, handling or management.
- Strong leadership, supervisory and staff development capabilities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a claims unit within a geographic area and oversee property damage claims.
- Review, adjust, and pay claims while ensuring best practices and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise workforce planning, training, and development; manage performance and salary planning.
