Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead all aspects of one asset or a small portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations and financial activities for clients, acting as the primary liaison with owners and driving performance through a skilled team.

You will manage lease administration, rent collection, and vendor contracts, while preparing timely reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandated; CPM or RPA preferred.
• MS Office skills required; knowledge of Yardi, MRI, and Kardin preferred; CMMS proficiency.
• Experience with commercial office, retail and industrial properties; knowledge of leases and finance.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with owners; serve as Owner Representative; prepare reports.
• Manage tenant needs; ensure prompt resolution by staff per policies and contracts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration; review lease setups, changes and reporting; monitor terms.
• Collect rent and charges; report AR status; issue notices as required.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; analyze bids; ensure contract compliance.
• Lead daily and long-term team activities; set schedules; coach staff.
• Supervise recruitment, hiring and staff development; ensure inspections, alterations, and maintenance as needed.
• Drive results through direction and performance management.
