Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of one asset or a small portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities, with potential supervision of other managers.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and lease administration, with a focus on tenant retention and client reporting. 100% in-office; visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Real estate license required; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi or MRI; Kardin preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; leases and contracts knowledge.
• Strong financial forecasting and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and prepare reports.
• Oversee tenant relations and retention programs.
• Prepare monthly and annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Lead lease administration and review contractual terms.
• Monitor AR and issue client notices.
• Spearhead procurement and vendor contract compliance.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure regular property inspections and safety plans.
• Develop emergency response plans and drills.
• Provide direction and performance management to the team.
