Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Florida seeks a Property Manager to lead all aspects of one asset or a small portfolio, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients. You will act as Owner Representative, ensure client objectives are met, and deliver detailed reports and budgets.

Essential duties include lease administration, rent collection, vendor management, and team leadership. A valid Real Estate License or CPM/RPA is preferred; the role is 100% in-office with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with commercial properties (office, retail, industrial) and leases.
• AP and CMMS proficiency is expected.
• Strong understanding of financial terms, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with property owners and prepare client reports.
• Lead tenant issue resolution with administrative and site staff.
• Prepare monthly operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Oversee lease setup, changes, and reporting; monitor terms.
• Monitor rent collection and AR with recommended actions.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; analyze bids and ensure vendor compliance.
• Supervise and develop the property team; manage staffing and evaluations.
• Ensure property inspections and approve maintenance/reconditioning.
