Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Real Estate License may be required per local regulation.
• CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Yardi/MRI/Kardin preferred.
• AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Experience with commercial properties (office/retail/industrial).
• Strong financial knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership ability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Lead tenant issue response with staff to resolve problems promptly.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual budgets.
• Oversee lease administration and reporting; monitor contract terms.
• Collect rent and report AR status with recommendations.
• Spearhead sourcing and procurement; monitor vendor contracts.
