Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for one or more clients, acting as Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met.

This in-office role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of leases and budgets, proficiency with Yardi/MRI, and the ability to produce timely reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandated; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties recommended.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and client objectives.
• Lead tenant issue responses and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, lease changes, and reporting.
• Manage rent collection and AR status with client communications.
• Direct sourcing and procurement, bid analysis, and vendor contracts.
• Supervise and develop the property management team.
• Ensure property inspections and oversee maintenance decisions.
• Lead performance management and staff development.
• Other duties as assigned.
