Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients while managing tenant relations and lease administration.

The role requires strong budgeting, reporting, and leadership capabilities, with oversight of the onsite team and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years related experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency helpful.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; leases, contracts, taxes, and construction knowledge.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting abilities; ability to deliver insightful analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners; serve as Owner Representative to meet client objectives.
• Manage tenant needs response; ensure timely problem resolution by staff per policies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual budgets for operating/capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration: lease setup, changes, and reporting; monitor terms affecting finances.
• Proactively collect rent; report AR status with recommendations; prepare legal notices as needed.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; provide bid analyses and vendor contract compliance.
• Lead daily and long-term team activities; schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and staff development; provide supervision.
• Ensure property inspections; approve alterations and maintenance as needed.
• Drive results through guidance and performance management; perform other duties as assigned.
