Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of a commercial/industrial/retail asset or portfolio. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients and may supervise other managers.

You will drive tenant relations, prepare timely reports, budgets and variance analyses, manage lease administration, and oversee procurement and vendor contracts. This in-office role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Real estate license required where mandated; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel); familiarity with Yardi or MRI and Kardin is a plus.
• Experience with commercial office, retail and industrial properties; knowledge of leases, contracts, finances and taxes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners; prepare reports for clients.
• Manage tenant relations to maximize retention.
• Prepare monthly and annual operating/capital expense budgets and variance reports.
• Oversee lease administration; monitor expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Direct rent collection and AR reporting with action recommendations.
• Lead sourcing and procurement; ensure vendor contract compliance.
• Supervise assigned team; oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure property inspections and authorize alterations/maintenance.
