Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks an LPC Senior Property Manager in the Charlotte, NC area to lead all facets of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients and supervise other managers as needed.

You will act as Owner Representative, manage tenant relations, prepare monthly reports, and drive budgeting, lease administration, and procurement activities to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Excel; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; knowledge of leases, contracts, and financial instruments.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners; deliver reports to meet client objectives.
• Manage tenant relations to maximize retention and client satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly operating and capital expenditure budgets and variance reports.
• Oversee lease administration and report expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Handle rent collection, AR status reporting, and notices as needed.
• Direct procurement and vendor contract compliance; oversee procurement savings.
• Supervise and develop assigned team; conduct performance evaluations.
