We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join our fast-paced construction company. This individual will play a crucial role in our accounting department, focusing primarily on our property accounting and commercial real estate accounting needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
