We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to support a portfolio of Dallas based properties. This role is responsible for full-cycle property accounting, financial reporting, and partnering with property and asset management teams to ensure accurate and timely financial performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong Yardi experience, deep knowledge of commercial real estate accounting, and hands-on expertise with CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, and multi-property portfolios.
