Jobot is seeking a Property Accounting Manager in Maryland to lead all financial operations for a construction and real estate-focused firm. This is a 100% in-office role responsible for cash flow, budgeting, forecasts, and month-end close.

You will coordinate loan draw schedules with lenders, manage capital allocations, and ensure compliance with audit requirements while using Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks. A strong leader with 5+ years in a similar role is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior financial managerial role, preferably in construction.
• Experience with draw schedules, loan requisitions, funding coordination with lenders/investors.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, and month-end close.
• Extensive experience with Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks.
• Leadership and team management; ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving aligned with company objectives.
