Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA/editorial or production, exceptional proofreading across Word/Excel/PowerPoint or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, and a sharp eye for formatting consistency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
