Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced Document Production Specialists to review and refine AI training materials. You will assess business documents, spreadsheets, and slides for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before executive or client delivery.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20+ hours per week). Prior experience in QA, editorial, or production is essential to ensure high-quality outputs across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents before delivery to clients.
• Audit financial models and spreadsheets for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure brand and template compliance across documents and decks.
