Ethos is seeking heads of document production to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will review and quality-check content before delivery, ensuring precision across Word, Excel, PowerPoint or their Google equivalents.

This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours weekly, starting ASAP, with compensation at $70 per hour. We value expert craftsmanship and attention to detail for high-stakes business documents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Review and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy before external delivery.
• Ensure formatting consistency across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or their Google equivalents.
• Identify and correct formula errors, broken links, and mismatched figures in client-ready work.
