Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction of residential complexes in accordance with project documents, scheduling commitments, and safety standards. Under the Project Manager of Construction, you will organize field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure work progresses toward milestones.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil-related field; minimum 5 years in multifamily construction; proficiency with MS Word,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes required.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures to meet contract requirements.
• Supervise on-site construction to ensure work aligns with design and project commitments.
