Job summary

NRP Investments LLC seeks a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction of a multi-family project. You will direct field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from kickoff through turnover.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, reporting progress, and maintaining compliance with contract documents and building codes. OSHA 10 and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; construction knowledge preferred.
• 3–5+ years of multi-family construction project management experience.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership abilities.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize field operations and resource sequencing for a single project.
• Oversee on-site construction from start to finish ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and property teams to meet schedules.
• Provide weekly/monthly project progress reports and address challenges.
• Maintain compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety standards.
