Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction of multifamily projects in the Binghamton, NY area. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate holds a Construction/Civil degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in multifamily construction and strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utilities, structural finishes and building codes.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and project scheduling tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field ops, materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates and related admin duties.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate deliveries, permits and subcontractor meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contract docs and project schedule.
• Report progress to project management and resolve issues.
