Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex construction projects in the Clarksville, TN area. You will lead the on-site team, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and schedule adherence to meet project goals.

The role requires strong leadership, construction management experience, and the ability to manage budgets and engage with owners, design teams and authorities. Travel and long hours may be involved to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher may be preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience leading large-scale construction projects is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and field operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Monitors project budget and cost reporting.
• Ensures quality compliance through specs and QA/QC.
