Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent in Nashville to lead complex projects, develop and execute the project plan, manage teams, schedule, safety, and quality in alignment with the company's vision.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field staff, drive lean construction practices, monitor budget, and ensure on-time delivery across major sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience applying Lean principles on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Creates and updates project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Manages project budget and cost reporting.
• Supports procurement processes and formwork decisions.
