Qualifications

• Education and experience required align with construction project supervision.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and manage overall workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Coordinate project site care and equipment needs.
• Lead meetings and manage project schedule with PM.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and documentation compliance.
