• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs like Safety, Quality, and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody, and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager.
