• Oversees project staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; ensures proper site management.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participates in progress meetings.
