Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Attends progress and OAC meetings and updates drawings/logs.
• Creates and manages project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and cost reports; records unit costs.
• Communicates project information to owners and design teams.
• Supports project closeouts with pre-punch activities.
• Partners with field leadership on staffing and changes.
