Job summary

IES is seeking a Superintendent to lead medium to large telecom construction projects on site. You will supervise staff, manage safety, quality and financial performance, and coordinate with customers to meet delivery goals.

You will recruit, train and guide project teams, maintain project profitability, monitor costs and schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget. Strong collaboration with field crews and office staff is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ supervisory or managerial experience.
• Lead Communications Technician or similar position for at least three (3) years.
• Five (5) years’ experience in telecommunications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise staff and enforce company policies.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan for profitability and schedule adherence to meet goals.
• Ensure deadlines and budget compliance across the project.
• Manage workload distribution and progress of installation.
• Review job costs and invoicing, and produce periodic reports.
