Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of three years as Lead Communications Technician.
• Minimum of five years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise and discipline project staff; follow company policies.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project profitability and budgets.
• Ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Oversee job cost postings, invoicing and financial reporting.
