Job summary

MPR Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Services Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead risk-informed development, planning, and execution of complex capital projects across nuclear, fossil, renewables, and government programs.

You will direct multi-disciplinary teams in PMO, conduct independent reviews, and advance project controls and EVM practices. The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and stakeholders, a deep understanding of industry challenges, and the ability to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in engineering, construction management, finance or business administration.
• Certifications from AACE (CCP/CEP/EVP/DRMP) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO support, program development, and independent project reviews across federal, power, and energy sectors.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in early-stage program development and baseline development.
• Implement project controls systems, optimize schedules, develop EVM metrics and conduct cost/benefit evaluations.
• Plan, lead, and provide SME for independent reviews of large-scale capital projects including cost and schedule risk.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
