Job summary

MPR Associates is seeking an experienced Project Services Consultant (or Senior Consultant) to lead risk‑informed development, planning and execution of complex capital projects across power, nuclear and government programs. The role spans project controls, cost engineering, and program management for clients including DOE, DoD, utilities, and technology providers.

You will guide multi‑disciplinary teams, deliver independent reviews, implement CPM scheduling, EVM, and risk analysis, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration or other technical disciplines is a strong plus.
• Certifications from AACE International (CCP, CEP, EVP, DRMP) are a plus but not required.
• Experience in project controls, cost estimating, scheduling and risk management across large programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PMO support, program development, and independent project reviews.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams in early‑stage program development and baselining.
• Implement project controls systems, optimising CPM schedules and EVM metrics.
• Plan and provide independent project reviews of large capital projects with cost and schedule assessments.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Plan, lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams in execution of the work.
• Review work and analyses performed by other MPR professionals.
