Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction management within energy sectors, with strong planning, cost estimation, and schedule control skills.

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (Project Management Professional, Certified Construction Manager, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a steward of the client's resources, providing clear feedback on project status and recommendations.
  • Plan, lead, and enable multi-disciplinary project teams to support construction management efforts.
  • Lead client and stakeholder interactions, engaging with contractors and external audiences, communicating conclusions and recommendations.
  • Deliver project management expertise to develop and implement project plans, processes, and tools.
  • Develop periodic reporting strategies for capital projects with meaningful content and formatting.
  • Develop mitigating strategies to enhance project execution efficiency or schedule recovery.
  • Cover project planning (cost estimation, schedule development, risk analysis, contingency development, baseline development).
  • Support project controls and reporting (cost tracking, schedule updates, earned value analysis, variance analysis).
  • Oversee construction compliance, contract management, and vendor oversight.
