MPR Associates is seeking a Construction Management Specialist to lead risk-informed project execution for complex energy and government capital projects, including fossil and nuclear power generation, nuclear materials processing, power transmission, energy storage and distribution, and radioactive waste handling.

This role requires coordinating across planning, cost estimation, risk analysis, contract management, construction oversight, startup/commissioning, and claims mitigation to deliver

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of construction management experience in energy and nuclear sectors.
• Strong planning, cost estimation, risk analysis, and schedule management fundamentals.
• Experience developing project execution plans for complex facilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and coach professionals through execution of the work.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and external audiences, communicating conclusions and recommendations.
• Deliver project management expertise to develop and implement project plans, processes, and tools.
• Develop reporting strategies for capital projects and identify meaningful content and formatting.
• Develop mitigating strategies to improve execution efficiency and schedule recovery.
• Support project controls, cost tracking, schedule updates, and earned value analyses.
• Conduct independent reviews and constructability assessments to optimize design and planning.
