Job summary

MPR Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Management Specialist to lead risk-informed execution of complex commercial and government capital projects across fossil and nuclear power, regulatory environments, and energy infrastructure.

The role requires deep construction management expertise and ability to integrate technical and project management elements. The incumbent will guide project teams, interact with clients and contractors, develop plans and controls, and drive value

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (PMP, CCM, etc.) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to support construction management efforts.
• Engage with contractors and external audiences to communicate conclusions.
• Develop and implement project plans, processes, and tools.
• Develop reporting strategies for capital projects.
• Provide risk mitigation strategies to improve execution and schedule recovery.
• Review analyses performed by other MPR professionals.
