Job summary

Sargent & Lundy in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects to develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor performance. You will interface with project management, client management, engineering, and construction to meet client needs.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (three days in the office, two remote) and requires Primavera P6 proficiency, strong project controls, and 5+ years of experience; a post-secondary degree and strong

Qualifications

5+ years of project scheduling experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for capital projects.
Interface with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams.
Perform critical path analysis and report deviations from baseline.
Support schedule contingency management and risk tracking.
Produce look-ahead schedules, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
Travel to client offices for coordination meetings as needed.
