Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects in a hybrid role. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects, interfacing with project management, client management, engineering, and construction.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced MS Office is required; 5+ years of project experience and a strong focus on schedule performance, risk, and reporting. Occasional client meetings may require travel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• 5 or more years of project experience.
• Post-secondary graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor performance.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering, construction, and other stakeholders.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule insights and corrective actions.
• Support schedule contingency management and identify project risks.
• Produce look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
