Qualifications

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Familiarity with practical application of project controls.
• 5+ years of project experience.
• Post-secondary graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and deliver high-quality, accurate deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering and construction teams.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule insights.
• Support schedule contingency management and risk identification.
• Produce project updates and report deviations from baseline.
• Travel to client offices for coordination meetings as needed.
