Job summary

Sargent & Lundy seeks an Associate Project Scheduler for Capital Projects to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and related tools. You will collaborate with project management, client management, engineering and construction teams to monitor performance and report deviations from baselines.

The role may involve travel to client offices and offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 and project controls.
• 3+ years of project scheduling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Access for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor performance.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide schedule insights.
• Report deviations from the baseline to the project team.
• Support schedule contingency management and risk identification.
