Qualifications

• Proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Familiarity with the practical application of project controls.
• 7 or more years of project experience.
• Post-secondary graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multitasking with project teams and clients.
• MS Office, especially Excel/Access, for detailed spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed schedules for scopes of work and monitor performance.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering, and construction stakeholders.
• Provide schedule updates and deviations from baselines.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify corrective actions.
• Support month-end closing and phase gate processes.
• Prepare look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
