Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Scheduling Senior Analyst to lead the development, maintenance, and forecasting of project schedules for a $800M–$1B portfolio. The role requires collaboration with the Business Development team for pre-construction schedules and the delivery of master schedules across multiple EPC projects.

The candidate will manage schedule baselines, KPI reporting, and resource/load scheduling in P6 and Excel, while leveraging Procore and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Science, or related field.
Minimum of five years in project scheduling in the energy, construction, or engineering industry.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project with Advanced Excel.
Experience with Procore, Power BI, and MS Office; PMI-SP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and forecast project schedules that drive on-time delivery.
Create and maintain the Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS) and WBS.
Ensure schedules have proper logic, dependencies, and resource alignment.
Manage weekly schedule updates, validate progress with stakeholders.
Provide monthly re-forecasts and mitigation strategies with KPI reporting (SPI, CPI, EVM).
