Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Project Planner Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across the full lifecycle from development to commissioning. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and EPC contractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery while applying CPA, resource loading, and EVM discipline.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in EPC scheduling, strong Primavera P6 skills, and proficient use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project planning and scheduling experience in an EPC environment.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software required.
• Experience with resource-loaded scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop logically linked project schedules from proposals and contract documents.
• Create and maintain master project schedules detailing work sequences.
• Track progress and identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular schedule updates and assess performance against milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to identify schedule impacts and mitigate risks.
• Prepare proposal schedules and client-ready schedules for meetings.
• Incorporate resource and cost loading into schedules to support EVM.
• Perform Critical Path Analysis to identify risks and recovery options.
• Travel to project sites to provide scheduling support during construction and commissioning.
