Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated EPC schedules from preconstruction through execution. This role requires travel to job sites and collaboration across PV, storage and substation projects.

The incumbent will mentor other schedulers and lead schedule analysis, with periodic site visits to gain method understanding. Proven experience with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling in an EPC environment is essential, along with strong English communication and

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years construction scheduling experience.
• Prior scheduling in an EPC environment required.
• High proficiency with Primavera P6 and good MS Office skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs clearly.
• Strong grasp of construction methods and processes.
• Solid CPM scheduling knowledge and experience.
• Excellent English communication; business writing and phone manners.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to travel to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor schedulers; support career development.
• Contribute to company-wide schedule management training.
• Onboard to align with project controls objectives.
• Develop and maintain realistic EPC schedules using P6.
• Analyze drawings, contracts to form EPC schedules.
• Perform quantity take-offs to establish durations.
• Communicate schedule updates to teams and scheduling manager.
• Attend weekly meetings to gather updates and address issues.
• Update schedules bi-monthly with actuals and critical path tracking.
• Lead internal/external meetings; propose mitigation options.
• Maintain delay logs and LD exposure with custom P6 reports.
• Monitor progress with Sunscreen software and verify against updates.
• Maintain weekly regional project status reports.
